1. Schedule Your Drop-Off Time
   • Visit our Drop Off Page to choose your preferred drop-off date and time.
2. Provide Vehicle Information
   • Complete the drop-off form with your vehicle details (make, model, year) and a description of the damage.
3. Work Authorization
   • Please sign and date the work authorization
4. Drop-Off Location
   • Park your vehicle in the designated after-hours area.
   • Place your keys in the provided envelope and drop them in our secure key drop box [location photo].
5. After-Hours Security
   Both locations have security cameras, lighting, or other safety measures in place, but it is the liability of the customer for the vehicle during after-hours.
6. Confirmation

• • Once your vehicle is dropped off, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a follow-up from our team within 24 hours.
